Business Manager & Marketing Director
Abbey is our Business Manager and Marketing Director at Greenhalgh Pickard, overseeing internal and client relations while leading the firm’s and Eco Brand Marketing initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Marketing, leveraging this to conceptualise and implement strategic marketing endeavours designed to drive business growth and increase brand awareness for both the firm and external businesses.
In her role as Business Manager, Abbey manages all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, retention, culture, conflict resolution, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Abbey’s creativity and innovation enables her to push boundaries and deliver compelling narratives to elevate brands to new heights. As an advocate for learning, writing, and self-development, Abbey is committed to continuous professional and personal growth. As a young aspiring female in the corporate landscape, she is an advocate for creating impactful and meaningful change in both the working environment and through client outcomes.
Born and raised as a Sunshine Coast local, Abbey is strongly connected to the tight-knit community and appreciates the opportunity to regularly relish the local beaches, mountains and weekend markets. She is an avid lover of pursuing an active lifestyle, be it stand-up paddle boarding or a 5am gym class, she is energised by movement daily.
