In her role as Business Manager, Kate manages all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, retention, culture, conflict resolution, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Kate is passionate about navigating the complexities of human resources and business management to foster organisational growth and efficiency.

A natural problem-solver, Kate excels at identifying operational challenges and implementing streamlined processes that drive productivity and enhance workplace harmony.
