Chief Financial Officer

Mariah has worked in a variety of roles within Greenhalgh Pickard over the past fifteen years, she began her employment with us as a senior high school trainee. She has proudly represented the brand since that time and is now employed as the Chief Financial Officer at the firm.

Mariah’s prior duties as business manager allowed her to oversee general staff employment, training, marketing strategies as well as client relations and interaction, and all business development at our offices located in Caloundra, Kawana, Buderim and Coolum. Having implemented and overseen the merging of three legal firms, two accounting firms and a bookkeeping firm as well as managing thirty-five staff members in both departments of Legal and Accounting, she is highly motivated and organised.

Now, as Chief Financial Officer, Mariah plays a pivotal role in the firm’s financial management, ensuring sustainability, profitability, and long-term growth. She is responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on strategic decision-making, Mariah works closely with our leadership team to drive financial performance and optimise resources.

• Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
• Justice of the Peace (QUAL)
