Solicitor

Natashia is a solicitor at Greenhalgh Pickard, specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. With a wealth of experience acting for both individual and corporate clients, she handles a diverse range of contentious personal and commercial disputes, including:

  • Contract and agreement disputes
  • Breach of trust and trust-related matters
  • Defamation and protection of reputation cases
  • Disputes between directors and shareholders
  • Disputes between co-owners of property
  • Property-related matters, including caveats and encroachments
  • Intellectual property and copyright infringement
  • Will and estate disputes, including family provision applications, informal wills, and probate disputes
  • Bankruptcy and insolvency-related disputes

Natashia is also a skilled advocate in criminal law and domestic violence cases, regularly appearing as a solicitor advocate in various applications, sentencing proceedings, and contested hearings in the Queensland Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts. She also instructs counsel in the Queensland Court of Appeal.

With a commercially minded and pragmatic approach, Natashia is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She excels in strategic pre-litigation negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes while being fully prepared to navigate legal proceedings when necessary.

When Natashia isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, gardening and yoga.

  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class II) from the University of the Sunshine Coast
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law)
  • Admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor
  • Admission to the High Court of Australia as a Solicitor
