Shania was very helpful & knowledgeable. We needed our Wills fairly quickly & this was done without any problems. We would not hesitate to recommend Shania & Greenhalgh Pickard.

Thank you to Shania Gouder for making the transition from selling our home to buying our new place. She could not have made any easier no problem was too big or small. Highly recommend them for all services!!
